Information we collect
We collect the information you give us in an inquiry form, including your name, email address, mobile number if you choose to provide one, and the trip details you share. We also record basic campaign information from the link you arrived on, such as the source and campaign name.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare itineraries and estimates, and stay in touch about the trip you asked about. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising outside our own follow up.
Sharing with travel partners
To book a trip we share the details a partner needs, such as traveler names, dates and room or tee time requirements, with airlines, hotels, courses and the luxury travel partners we work with. Those partners handle that information under their own policies.
Data retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off if you travel with us again. You may ask us to delete your record at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of messages at any time. Call (301) 683-5139 and we will respond promptly.
